Appearance and Properties: 

White to slightly brown lyophilized powder.

Soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol, acetone or ethyl ether.Odorless. 

Good stability, does not lose activity when heated continuously under 420 °C. Its activity can retain 80% when heated continuously for 5 min  under 1000 °C.

Use:

It is an enzyme that can hydrolyze hyaluronic acid (hyaluronic acid as a component that restricts the diffusion of water and other extracellular substances in the tissue matrix). 

It can temporarily reduce the viscosity of the cells, which can promote the exudation of subcutaneous infusion, partial storage of exudation fluid or blood to facilitate absorption. 

It is used as a drug permeation agent to promote drug absorption and promote local edema or hematoma evacuation after surgery and trauma.
